These Terms of Service govern your use of the CabinetDoorWorks website, pricing tools, and ordering process. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Custom Products
Our products are custom made to the measurements, selections, and finish choices provided by the customer. Because orders are made to order, accuracy of customer-provided dimensions and details is critical.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all measurements, quantities, species selections, finish choices, boring selections, shipping details, and other order information before payment and production. CabinetDoorWorks is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Pricing and Quotes
Online pricing, shipping estimates, and quote information are provided in good faith based on the data entered. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, technical issues, or pricing mistakes before fulfillment if necessary.
Production and Lead Times
All products are custom made to order. Current lead time is approximately 2 weeks before production begins. Production typically takes about 1 week once work has started. Finished doors require additional curing time, typically about 1 week after production, before they are ready for packaging and shipment.
Lead times may vary based on order size, finish requirements, workload, material availability, and shipping method. Any estimated production or delivery time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship nationwide within the United States, with most orders delivered across the East Coast and Midwest. Shipping charges and methods are based on the information available at the time of quoting or ordering and may vary depending on order size, packaging requirements, and destination.
Smaller orders may ship by parcel carrier. Larger, heavier, or oversized orders may ship by freight. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments promptly upon arrival and reporting damage or delivery issues as soon as possible.
Order Acceptance
Submission of payment does not guarantee that an order can be changed, canceled, or modified once production has begun. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases involving pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business concerns.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CabinetDoorWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, customer measurement errors, delays outside our control, shipping carrier issues, or misuse of the products after delivery.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
