Refund Policy

Because our cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and related products are custom made to order, refunds and cancellations are limited.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are produced based on the measurements, quantities, and selections submitted by the customer. Once production has started, custom orders are generally not refundable or returnable except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or error on our part.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We may be able to make changes before production begins, but once work is underway, changes may be limited or unavailable.

Measurement Errors

Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements and selections before submitting payment. Orders made exactly as submitted are not eligible for refund or replacement due to customer-provided measurement or selection errors.

Damage or Defects

If your order arrives damaged or contains a confirmed manufacturing defect, notify us promptly with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the problem at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Shipping-related damage or delivery issues must be reported as soon as possible after receipt. Keep packaging materials when possible so claims can be reviewed properly.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
